CBD oil is blended with the adaptogenic herb Ashwagandha. It has been used for centuries to support the body's resistance to stress and contributes to emotional balance. Peppermint Essential Oil is added to provide a refreshing and energising flavour.
INGREDIENTS: Hemp Seed Oil, Organic MCT Coconut Oil, Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract, Full Spectrum Hemp (Cannabis Sativa), Peppermint Essential oil.
HOW TO: Shake bottle well before use. Squeeze the dropper, it will fill up with 0.5ml of oil (which is half a daily dose). Drop oil under the tongue, hold for 45-60 seconds until absorbed and then swallow. Repeat these steps to take another 0.5ml, now you will have your recommended daily dose (1ml in total). A useful measurement guide is included with your product to help you accurately measure how much you are taking. Take as part of a healthy and balanced diet.
WHEN TO: Take half the recommended daily dose with food in the morning, and take the second half in the evening with food
